THIS is the place to people watch. Walmart is pretty amusing and the mall can be entertaining but Wash Park is a spectacular place to people watch.

They got a lake with boats and canoes for rent. They got ducks. They got bike trails. They have beautiful flowers and shade. It's a great park and plenty of space for everyone!

Park reminds me of why you visit Denver. Great place in middle of town to be outdoors. Very popular place with the locals.

Lovely place for a walk or to soak up the sun. This is the safest park in Denver, it has two ponds, good bird life, lots of cute dogs (and people walking them :)

Great place for a run or just to get together with friends. It's motivating seeing so many people exercise. Large park and many trees to help you keep cool. Can get very busy on weekends.

I lived in this area for many years and always enjoyed taking a stroll or riding a bike ride around the park. The mature trees tower over you. There is something for everyone. A recreation center, play area, pond, tennis courts, and lawn bowling. Keep your dog on a leash! Animal control visits often.

Great close in place for walking, jogging, biking, picnic activities, fishing, boating. Very popular spot.
