Established in 1991, Bell Wine Cellars is a small, family owned winery committed to hand-crafting limited edition bottling of extraordinary wines. We're less than a mile south of Yountville on Washington Street, in an exquisite pale stone winery, surrounded by vineyard and cloaked in quiet.If you enjoy Cabernet, you'll enjoy Bell. We make six different Cabernets as well as Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah; total production is under 15,000 cases annually. Nestled between the towering stainless steel tanks, guests can taste our signature wines at the intimate, elegant Tasting Bar. We also host more extensive educational tastings in our lovely, enclosed Reserve Room overlooking the barrels. During much of the year, our spacious Patio is also open for tasting appointments, under the arbor as the sun slowly arcs toward the Mayacamas to the west.Come visit and taste what Anthony Bell, a globally educated winemaker with over 35 years of experience in Napa, can produce. wonderful wines. great cheese and wine pairings. they have fantasic cabs, and petit syrah. again, orderd 3 cases what more do I have to say. will get more in the future

We were taken to this small winery as part of a golf/wine tour. Such a lovely welcome from Joann and a delightful tour from a lady who has acceptional knowledge and keeness for her wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting with cheeses to complement.

Bell worked at BV for many years and did huge amounts of research and work on what are called the 'clones'. Wine Geek Talk for the natural mutations that take place with vines producing new varieties. He knows how to grow great grapes and it shows in the wines. We had a tasting and tour and this can not be beat! We had the lovely Joann take us around and show us the vineyard and explain the wines which were amazing. This was paired with cheese as well and we had a private room. We could have and should have spent all day there!

We have been Bell fans for a while, so naturally visited in person while in Napa. We had an incredible private tasting. The cheese pairings were excellent (aged gouda, humboldt fog, and some other "interesting" cheeses). We were recommended by another wine cellar in Yountville, to visit Bell Wine Cellar, and I guess that says it all!

Went to Bell for a tasting and loved it. The wine was outstanding and Dan, who gave us the tasting, was dynamic, friendly, and so informative. Great story teller and really made the tasting special for us! We bought a few bottles. It was great!
