This past weekend, I visited Safari West. I went with three girlfriends and we had the most amazing time ever. We paid extra for the "Behind the Scenes" tour and it was worth every penny. Put this place on your bucket list. You won't be disappointed. Must love animals!

This tour lasts about 3 hours and 15 minutes. You walk for an hour looking at birds, monkeys, cheetahs and others. This was our 2nd. time on the tour. Even better! The weather was in our favor. Just a bit overcast so the animals weren't hiding under brush from the sun. Our guide Sarah is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was wonderful with the family on our jeep with young boys. Highly recommend for a wide variety of ages.
