We went in late winter and were told there was a 90% chance of seeing a Gray Whale, and that we'd see sea lions and otters if nothing else. We had booked tickets for 6 and for some reason 2 of my friends were unable to make it on the day of our cruise. Surprisingly, they did not have any refund policy nor did they allow us to take the 2 tickets of absentees. Lost 90$ because of this.
