We went on the special Pinot Lovers Tour that was one of Grapeline's Signature Series tours. We visited four wineries on the West side of the Santa Ynez Valley, tasting many different varietals but with a focus on the best Pinot Noirs available. All four winery stops were great, but the best was the first. At Clos Pepe, charismatic winemaker... More

We enjoyed a fabulous day touring wineries with Grapeline. They picked us up at our hotel where we met Tom (driver) and Kris (host) who were funny, informative, informative and helpful. We were joined by a fun bachelorette party, couples celebrating birthdays and anniversaries from near and far. Towards the end of the tour when people were very happy from... More

So much fun. Really, it was one of the more relaxing days I've had in many years. We went to four wineries in all, tasted dozens of yummy wines, and had an amazing picnic lunch beautifully set under pretty oak trees. The best part is they picked us up right on time from our hotel lobby and then returned our... More

Driver tom, although knowledgeable, talked way too much and was almost annoying on occasion. Wineries visited were mediocre. Lunch was so so.

I just returned from my fourth wine tasting tour with Grapeline and as usual I cannot say enough about how ridiculously fun it is and how absolutely gorgeous the Santa Ynez Valley is. The vines are basically just gnarled sticks right now, because they lose all theri leaves each year. So it is the least picturesque of all the times... More

Ok so after finding out how far the wine country was from our hotel we contacted Grapeline. We actually contacted them on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm for a tour on Monday and they were very happy to accommodate. The driver, David, came to pick us up at our hotel in Santa Barbara for the 45 minute ride. On the... More

Getting away to wine country for the day feels like a mini vacation, definitely rejuvenating and so much fun. Our group met early for breakfast at Mesa Cafe in Santa Barbara and were picked up promptly at the Hotel Indigo. The drive on 101 north was gorgeous and our driver had a great playlist on so we were singing along.... More

This was my 2nd tour with Grapeline (the first being in Temecula). The tour was much bigger this time, with around 30 of us, and if I am honest I prefer a smaller group. I would have preferred it if they had split us up into two groups for the whole day. But we had fun and this is a... More

This was my first personal experience with Grapeline and I was very impressed. I had to hire a charter service for a company event, but didn't want just any old bus service. Grapeline offers roomy busses that are easy to move around in and stand up. It's not always easy and graceful to crawl out of a classic limo! We... More

This was a fantastic tour and very reasonable priced (considering that all the wine tasting at all the wineries were included in the price) and we got a wonderful lunch. Our driver Tom was also great and provided a very entertaining trip with a good selection of different wineries. We were picked up from our hotel Solvang and dropped back... More

Thanks for the feedback, TravelCork. As a fellow Irish soul (family is originally from Cahirciveen in County Kerry), I must say that a compliment from you means a lot to me. Especially because us Irish tend to be more keen on beer than wine. I will make sure Tom sees your compliments, he gets a lot but he cherishes every... More
