My husband and I had not been there in years since our children were small. They have made vast improvements and it was fun watching the animals and looking at the displays. Great place to take kids!

Took my 4yr old here while visiting. Really fun interactive museum with a few animals. Easy to navigate, most of the animals were out and about. Everyone was very friendly. We saw everything and even did a show in about an hour and a half. Perfect to do before lunch and naptime.

This is a fantastic all in one discovery/zoo/hands on activity area. Also a great location for meetings. If you have kids aged 4-10 years old you must come by and experience the learning.

Instead of driving to SF & exhausting the kids, this is a nicely accessible experience. The animal handlers are interactive & informative. We saw bobcats being fed, an opossum on a leash inside the main building, and more creatures during a "theater" presentation demonstrating camouflage characteristics. There are gears, pulleys, examples of various mechanical actions showing what they produce, and... More

I used to take groups of kids here during summer camp. This is a cute museum but it is very small and you can go through the whole thing pretty quickly. A great place to take toddlers and young children but the older kids get bored kind of easily. It is nice to have a museum like this local in... More

I very much recommend getting a membership to CuriOdyssey. The museum itself covers many areas - science and nature (animals). It's big enough too to spend a good hour or so. It's not too small nor too big where we can't cover the entire museum. My kids (ages 8 and 5) love it. The staff who roam the areas where... More

I was unaware that the museum was there and so happy that I found it! I actually bought a Groupon and it was going to expire so I went. My daughter and I loved it! She is 9 and really enjoyed it. It was clean and very well laid out. You did not need to walk far to get to... More

This is a great place for little kids. You can see the whole thing in an hour or two, take in an educational talk or hands on experience, etc. They have only local wildlife here. The animals have all been rescued and their circumstances prevent them from being released back into their natural habitats.

This is a very nice activity to take your family to. They have animal exhibits and smaller inside exhibits. They have a nice area to have a picnic and it is right next to the Coyote Point Park which is awesome. Lots of trails and playgrounds and a beach to play on. If you are inclined it is next to... Hands-on fun for curious kids. A safe place for even toddlers to explore.
