This wine tasting room is just outside of SLO and very close to the airport. That being said, the area is gorgeous! The tasting room was not the typical Tuscan stone hall. It was yellowish, warm, had a feel that you were in a french kitchen of a good friend. Nice decor and items for sale. No stuffiness, staff had... More

The winery is set in the rolling vineyards of Edna Valley outside San Luis Obispo. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The scenery is amazing and the wine is great. We are members of the wine club and the assortment we get is always greeted with rave reviews.

I had no idea that the Central Coast's wine country was as amazing as it is (I know, I know... where have I been?). But wow, there is just gorgeous winery after gorgeous winery, and nestled in the middle of all of them is this gem. There's a bocce ball court and tons of rolling hills creating a backdrop that's... We stopped here on a recommendation from our waitress at Ciapinot, and it was a wonderful suggestion. The wines were very good, the girl pouring was very knowledgeable, and after we tasted, we played a little bocce ball on the lawn overlooking the vineyards. They have a great little shop as well, with all sorts of wine gadgets and gourmet... More

I always enjoy stopping by Baileyana to enjoy their wines (both red and white). Baileyana is a great place to take white wine enthusiasts, as they offer a great selection of whites and also produce a sparkling. Baileyana also has good red wines, but so do many wineries in Edna Valley. Baileyana is a great place to purchase a bottle... More

Taste great wines from 3 wineries in a charming restored schoolhouse where the tasting room is located. Bring a picnic and prepare to enjoy the view and the wine at the picnic tables outside.

We make sure to stop by Baileyana each time that we're in the area. The winery is housed in an old schoolhouse that has been updated (and has included clean public restrooms in another building). Staff is friendly and usually includes young people who are studying wine-making at Cal-Poly SLO nearby. Their recommendations are spot-on. Outside there's a picnic area... More

The winery is quaint and the wines pretty good. It's not a very big winery, but you can step outside if it gets too crowded.
