Nice tour, but for the money it should have been a bit longer. The guide was new (1st tour) did not answer many questions. Should have been allowed to walk around the outside of the house.

The tour was interesting although over priced, earlier reviews are correct in this area. Our tour guide was knowledgable and seemed interested. Unless you really want to go see this place it's not a must see while in San Jose.

I visited this 20 years ago, and wow has the area changed. Santana Row is right across the street, perhaps that is why they charge so much for the tours. The guide was good, knowledgeable, and the House and gardens are beautiful and neat to see, but not worth what they charge.
