We took the VIP tour, then later did Crunch Time and Butch's Bedtime. It was AWESOME. We got to pet a Siberian Linx (she was soooooo soft), hold a Capuchin Monkey, wash an elephant, feed an elephant, help feed some of the big cats & put 3 elephants to bed & feed them a snack!!! Every staff member we dealt... More

I took my grandsons to see the animals. We saw a camel as we drove into the parking lot and were greeted by many wooden bears. The tour begins with a video describing various options one might choose to do on the premises for future trips. Our guide did a great job of talking about the animals on the one... More

I, too, had thought that the animals were all rescued from movie/television programs, circuses, or private parties. I was disappointed to find that many were from breeders. That aside, the tour was both informative and interesting, with feeding the elephants the high point. My only criticism was that most of the animals were singles (the alligators and baboons had companions).... More

It was great to see all the animals, and our tour guide gave interesting background information on all the animals we saw. I felt like the tour guide sort of rushed us through the park - we were in and out in just under an hour. I would recommend this attraction for families with children greater than four years old.... We'd been on the fence a little on whether or not we would do this excursion because of some of the reviews on trip advisor. I am glad we went and we visited on Friday, 2/15 for the 1 PM tour. We visited with my husband and me, and our daughter who is six. First, to the detractors in the... More

For my birthday, my husband and I stayed at the Wild Things Bungalow tents for one night. We also purchased a package to wash Butch, one of the elephants on the property. We're HUGE animal lovers, so this was an absolute dream to get up close with him. We stayed in the cat tent, which is the closest to the... More

For the money, 425 dollars for 40 people you cannot beat it. We were split into 2 groups, a guide for each and 2 hours in the picnic area for the party. The animals were in good shape and well taken care of. The video presentation was informative and captivating. The presenters were professional and friendly. The guides were great.... More

A fantastic experience with lions roaring and an elephant at breakfast. Great views from the deck of the Salinas valley. The staff know their stuff and are very friendly.
