Granted we play a lot of twilight golf, but this course has a great price and is hardly ever crowded. We rarely feel rushed and typically can go out as just a twosome. Recent drought problems have caused many areas in CA to ration water - and it appears Kennedy Park is cutting the weekday watering way back. Many wonderful changes have been made to Napa Municipal aka Kennedy Golf Course in the past two years.
