I was dreading this trip, but was pleasantly pleased with the staff, Birthday party and the store! My daughter is still smiling!

Took my daughter there for her birthday present and I got hooked into all the beautiful dolls, dolls clothing and accessories. I even loved how some of the outfits you could actually buy for kids! So I grabbed my daughter and her doll a matching outfit. We need this in Australia but keep in mind if you do visit and... More

I loved the joy on my daughters face! When we walked in, she turned to me and said "This is not at all what I expected." Definitely need to save money so that you can splurge here. We started by making doll an appointment at the Doll Hair Salon. After shopping the store, we returned to watch the hairstylist fix... More

We live four minutes from The Grove and with two American Girl loving daughters, Audrey, 9, and Lelani, 4, we've made 34 trips here (counting). My daughters have had their birthday parties here every year since 2006. Most of the time we visit we'll come for a casual dinner and/or some shopping at the store, but when it comes to... More

We went here for my daughter's bday. It was GREAT. We also dined at the Cafe and had a bday celebration. I actually enjoyed the lunch/cafe. We had 3 girls and 2 adults. The upgrade bday price is expensive but I think it's worth it - each girl gets a goodie bag and the dessert/cake was fantastic. Get to the... More

With four granddaughters, this should be one of my favorite places; but sadly it is not. If I were to review the Cafe independent of the store I would give it zero stars. The store alone I would give four stars. Tried the cafe three times, three bad experiences, will not dine there ever again. The cafe is reservation only... More

This store is ENOURMOS!!!!!!!!! Three levels of complete fun. Absolutley a little girl's dream. I took my daughter here for her birthday to get a doll and to have a birthday meal at the Cafe. She LOVED it and was super excited when she saw the store. She ran right in. She purchased her ninth doll and she bought clothing... More

This place is out of control. It is a must see. It is 2 levels of dolls and accessories. Dolls are $105 and accessories range for $8 to $60. There is a cafe which looks like a giant doll house and the meals were surprisingly good. The grove shopping strip is great to see as well.

My 9-year-old loves to look at all the cool products and it makes her feel so happy when she leaves with a big red bag full of treasures. She saves her allowance and loves to spend here!

I left my iPad in the store and was thrilled to find it when i went back in more than 15 minutes later. While I went to look for it, one f the store clerks assured my husband that it would be rut where I left it. She was right! I was very impressed!
