It is as entertaining as everyone tells you! Unless you go there during a long weekend due to a bank holiday, the longest wait times are 60-80 minutes ( in the newest rides such as Transformers and Simpsons). Needless to say, in the early hours, wait times are minimal (10-15 min), they go up to 30-40 in the afternoon. For... More

It was exciting to be at Universal Studios. This park seemed large because it is on many tiered levels, unlike Universal Studios Florida. It lacked the roller coasters that Florida had but the park had some decent similarities to Florida. The Studio tour was worth the ride. Highly recommended for kids 5-14. Adults...not so much.

Last year we had the pleasure of the VIP experience here, that was so good we had to return this year. We just had normal tickets this time and visited the rides on our own pace. We loved it, esspecially the Waterworld show and the house of horrors. The movie characters are exceptionally good and well made up. The Transformers... More

Myself and my partner went to Universal Studios, Hollywood on a Monday and it was super crowded. Of course it's summer, so that's to be expected, it was no issue. When you go to buy your tickets they really try to upsell the front of line pass, which is nearly double the price, and the VIP which is about $300.... More

Went early on a Wednesday to avoid the queues on the rides, which means we didn't need the priority paid pass. Rides were fun, food expensive and they search your bags on entry for food and drink. Glad we went, not enthused to return in a hurry.

Quite far to drive but worth it once you get there, lots of great rides, special effects and the studio tour of all the film sets is great. The food is very expensive so be prepared.

Had a family celebration and overall enjoyed the park. Some of the lines were excessive and the large number of the high priced "front of the line" folks make the rest of us wait. One would have hoped that at almost $90 to get in that you wouldn't have to wait for so many others.

Great day! We loved the back lots tour, special effects, water world and shrek shows. Rides were fun too. Food was surprisingly good, we ate at the Jurassic park café. We did not have front of the line passes and we didn't feel we needed them, lines move quickly and the outside air-conditioning and shade tarps make it easy to... More
