Don't miss this one if you're a zin fan. Great tasting room staff--we forced ourselves to join the wine club because we loved the wines so much and there isn't great distribution outside of the club.

It is our favorite winery of the whole are. It has the best tasting menu and the best big reds you'll find. ( also at a reasonable price). You will not be disappointed.
have been going for years - love the zins, love the prices. has become a little more crowded over the years, but still enjoy tasting there (also part of the wine club, so have excuses to keep visiting).
We enjoyed out tasting at Mazzocco so much that we signed up for the wine club by the second pour. Charlotte was a terrific host and very knowledgeable about wines. The zins were very good, but so were the red blends, particularly the Inheritance, and the sauvignon blanc. We look forward to our first shipment.
We went to Mazzocco because many locals recommended we go there if we loved Zinfandel. We loved the Zinfandel and the taste is so smooth and delicious. We joined the wine club on the first visit and have visited numerous times with friends. We give the wine as gifts during the holidays and always receive the compliment of it is...

I agree in general with most of the reviews, the Zin is quite good, perhaps not the very, very best but no doubt it is quite good. The staff serving you are very nice and quite knowledgable and the pours are generous. The wine prices are in line, not bargain priced by any means but not out of line either....

We stumbled onto Mazzocco accidentally while looking for another winery in the area. Man, I have to tell you - these are some of the best Zins around. Full bodied, buttery texture and explosive, jammy flavor. - WOW. I am a Zin lover, so I have had the good, the bad and the ugly. These Zins are packed with flavor...

If you love Zins this is the winery for you! We went to Dry Creek Valley with some friends and stayed at the guest house at Mazzocco. The guest house was clean but could use some updating. However it was a great home base to travel about the valley and have fun! Mazzocco Wines are wonderful. The tasting room is...

The good:
1. tasting room is nice
2. people were friendly and knowledgeable
3. no fee tasting - extra bonus!
Unfortunately, we felt the wine we tried was average.
1. 2010 Zin Reserve, Dry Creek
2. 2010 Briar (of all the ones we tried, we liked this one best - had a light dried peach or nectarine essence - similar...

This was the first winery stop for us, and we loved it! They had very good wines and a beautiful tasting room. Their property was very nice and the employees of the winery were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will return here again on our next trip to Healdsburg!
