The food needs some salt. On the whole the food is good and is Buffet style. The wait staff is always attentive-which is a plus. Nice gift shop at entrance.

Just look around at the at the depot and see history from the time they started the Grand Canyon Railroad. You see people dressed up which makes you think you were back in the 40's. Actors put on skits of the old west to make you feel like getting on a horse and ride away. They even put on a... More

The Williams Depot does have a nice gift shop, an ice cream parlor and a coffee bar, which are great. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. It's very, very clean.

The Depot consists of one building and one locomotive outside. The gift shop has a wide range of items but the one item that is particularly worth buying is a camera memory card which includes 200 photos of the grand canyon and the railway for $20+tax There are pictures that you could not possibly take in the few hours that... The depot was nice and clean with a cute little gift store. There were books and toys for kids as well as clothing and jewelry for adults. The usual gift shop.

The train depo puts on a "gun fight" before you board the train to the Grand Canyon. The gift shop is very large, with all kinds of things to purchase.
