Driving through or hiking through, you wont be dissapointed! It is an amazing Canyon, so much to find. There are lots of critters to observe for those who love to watch them. The Blue/Grey Herron is a site to watch!

MUST take this road -- the Canyon is magical! Coming into Sedona from the canyon is breath-taking. And all along the Canyon road are beautiful, scenic pull offs. Take it slow, enjoy the view.

Nice drive through red buttes, crowned with greenery, along a babbling stream. A number of vistas along the way as well as Slide Rock State Park.

This drive between Sedona and Flagstaff is spectacular. Be sure to stop at the Native Americans' jewelry stands - they have stunning handmade jewelry and the vendors change daily.

Breathtaking views - but unfortunately some of the best stops have fees for parking in a National Forest that are not covered by a National Parks pass. Whatever you do, if you have kids, do not miss Slide Rock State Park. It is a blast!

Breathtaking! No picture can capture the beauty. We stopped at an overlook with restrooms. Native Indians had booths set up and were selling a variety of wares including some gorgeous turquoisebjewelry.

Trip from Sedona to Canyon must go through Oak Creek Canyon. GPS wanted us to take interstae. We ignored and took 89 through Oak Creek Canyon. Vista spectacular. Drive was fun as well.
