Fun day of shopping and eateries to last the whole day. After dinner there is a fun little bar called the Rusty Spur with live music and a diverse crowd. Never ending fun.
I'm not much of a shopper, and, although it is nice to see, it is basically going in and out of numerous jewelry, art and souvenir shops. The Sandwich Shop was the best part of Old Scottsdale.
It's easy to spend an entire day in Old Town. Some of the best restaurants you will ever visit(Olive & Ivy, The Mission, Tortilla Factory). Also, stores that cater to every taste. The arts scene is well represeted. Highly recommend.
Cute, touristy appeal, with numerous sothwest Art galleries.
We were there during the art festival which had brought alot of locals there, but there were quite a few empty storefronts and closed restaurants. Did visit a few of the shops. Especially liked the Velvet Antler.
What fum to walk around Old Town. Everything you need in one area. Shop, Eat, Get ice cream watch a parade etc
Go to Scottsdale Old town for sure. BUT do not spend to much time in the "rinky dink bad souvenir shops." In Old town there are great art galleries on Main and in the 5th st area. Thursday nights are the gallery nights, where the galleries stay open late and people browse through, enjoying great art, food, and street musicians.... More
