The views! But, a bit of a drive up from the valley. Driving range. No-roll carts so hard braking not necessary. Long fairways. Lots of desert to get into trouble. Challenging greens. Greens and fairway in great condition for summer. Narrow opportunities on a few holes. Strategize to lay up or carry over the desert. Hole 15 is quite demanding.... More

This is a enjoyable course that is well kept and very scenic. It's rather narrow and definitely a desert course. So be careful if you get into the rough because there could be some desert critters living in there that don't like people walking around in their home. This course is highly recommended for a skill levels.

Well cared for and the greens fees are in line. This is target golf for sure so it helps if you are a straight hitter or can control your shot. There is more "waste area" than fairway but as I said its a challenge. The greens are true and in great shape. The cantina and good food and reasonable prices.... More

This a a very well maintained golf course with extreme penalty for errant shots. Anything out of the fairway is in brushy, gravel-bottom "junk." Often what looks like a good shot from the tee will find itself just off the edge and nearly unplayable. Not fun for the novice. Not fun for handicappers above 10-12. For the cost, many others... This is the course that my wife and I play every time we are in Scottsdale. The people are great, the food in the restaurant is very good and a good value and the course is very well maintained and a very fair test of your skills. They offer reduced fees on their website which makes it an excellent value... More

This course was in great shape pace was perfect staff was very friendly clubhouse awesome. The view is beautiful greens were fast and rolled true just like you want. Will golf here again, well worth the money. Out of the four we golfed in the Scottsdale area we would pick this course as our favorite.

Legend Trail is a challenging course. Keep it in the fairway and you'll have a great day. You will have to fly the junk quite a bit on this course and there are a few blind tee shots that are a bit disconcerting.

Great value for the dollar. Course Superintendent has done a great job. Fairways are lush, greens are fast but not too firm. Make sure you grab the course layout sheet before you tee off so that you can choose the correct club off the tee. Good practice area. Played with golfers of all abilities - just choose the tee boxes... More

Don't let the front nine lull you into a false sense of security. If you don't hit it long and straight, you will have a tough time on the back nine. This is a very good desert golf layout. The course is in excellent condition and the price is reasonable. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating... More

Very nice course...desert golf! Fast greens and well maintained course...good layout. i agree with a previous review-not on the level of troon or we-ko-pa but worth playing WARNING: if your blind like my group the entrance can be hard to find...kind of like a hidden driveway...not well marked--if you miss it you'll get to see the legend trail community
