The Beach in Oludeniz slopes off dangerously and is not for children or weak swimmers. Blue Lagoon has gentle sloping beach, sun-beds and umbrellas, toilets and bar/restaurant facilities all in close proximity, very safe for families.

really lovely beach area just around from Olu Deniz, costs 6 lire to get into resort and 7 lire if you want a parasol and sunbed. Bar a bit limited and expensive...but location makes up for it!

We visited twice, first through the turnstiles (£2 each all day) and second time at Paradise Beach which is private. Swim, snorkell, canoes, pedalos.

Stayed here for a week and it was a beautiful hotel, ideally located at the top of the strip. Close to shops, bars and restaurants yet far enough away from the noise of the nightlife. Very friendly staff who would help with anything. George was lovely and always welcoming.

A fairly long walk but probably seemed more as it was quite hot weather. Lovely to go in the water which was very calm.
