This park is famous by is great variation of flowers in the period August til October. We stayed over in the Namaqua National Park for six days in December 2011, at the Sklipad chalets. Every year in the Western Cape Province, in the month of August, Namaqualand explodes in a brilliant spring flower exhibition. Surely this is the most beautiful natural garden in the world! The season for the flower display is only a few weeks. Make sure to get your timing right.
