if one is interested in history, this is the place to visit and spend time. lots to learn and contribute to ensure that does not happen again.

Offers both an in depth view of the former oppresive old South Africa (Tour of the old Prison Fourt where famous activits were held prisoners) and a refreshing outlook on the future with the new Constitution court building, which I personaly think is beautiful. The location of the site offers a good view of the city and the inner suburbs.

I enjoyed the Fort and have taken the childred there often. It is slightly different to the Cape Town Fort, but still enjoyable.
