My husband surprised me with 15th anniversay "walk down memory lane" event. one of the best places to relax and enjoy the beauty
It was raining the day we went so we didn't get to see very much but from what we did get to see we were very happy and plan to go back in the near future.
My wife and I enjoyed two pleasant hours walking about this garden. Loved the giant sized croquet court! The garden is maintained in great shape thanks to staff gardeners and hundreds of volunteers.
This place is beautiful and peaceful. I love the walk through the trees and the fish in the pond. Most of the plants are labeled. The butterfly house is amazing as well. It not only contains butterflies, but turtles as well. And if you look closely, you will be able to see quail running along the ground. If your lucky,...

First visit--impressive gardens includes a butterfly garden--we were between seasons but still a lot of color and beauty. A fine asset to Huntsville.
I can't get enough of this place. I go here to visit with people, to enjoy nature, and to get ideas for my own backyard. It seems that every time I go, there is something different to see and enjoy. I am especially fond of the Children's Garden and have used many of the ideas in my own yard. Wonderful!
walk though at your own pace and great places to sit and relax and enjoy the beauty of spring!!! Love the early blooming trees and flowers. Didn't know what many of them were, but still I loved it.
Had a wonderful time with our granddaughters. Very beautiful landscaping. Had a flute choir playing. Great place to take small kids.
We spent 3 hours roaming around the beautiful gardens. Love the fact that they had so much for children to enjoy. Not many of the plants were in bloom. But the tulips, cherry blossoms and wild flowers were blooming.
Had a nice afternoon walking around. The children's garden was terrific, as was the storybook area. Really liked the use recycled materials, such as turning old oxygen tanks into a set of chimes children could play with. Would like to see more layman's terms for the plants. Latin names are great, but not commonly known.
