Laura was both welcoming and accommodating in terms of my travel schedule. After mentioning my interest in developing my core strength and flexibility, I had a challenging and rewarding yoga session. Laura's massage is excellent and will transform your stay in Bocas into one of a calm state of relaxation - it seemed like I was drifting on the clouds!... More

Laura Kay is a very welcoming instructor and brought great energy and warmth to the yoga class that I attended. The studio is well equipped and a calm and peaceful environment. It was a lovely place to practice yoga in Bocas. It was also very nice to be able to buy a coconut right outside the studio after the class... More

The best part about Bocas is yoga with Laura Kay! Great energy in a comfortable and relaxed studio, Laura has a wonderful teaching style. I was in an accident last year that left me with spinal injuries- Laura Kay worked with me, showed me pose modifications and options I could do to strengthen and tone my body safely, and I... More

I enjoyed several of Laura Kay's classes and became more and more confident and flexible. I especially appreciate the personal attention she gives all her students. Although I do a lot of yoga in California, I can't wait to get back to Bocas to practice with Laura K !

I spent three weeks in Bocas del Toro and was incredibly lucky in that I emailed Laura before going out there. She suggested I stay in her guest-room which I ended up doing. How lucky I was!! The guest-room which Laura sometimes rents out to the right people is a great option if you're in Bocas for more than a... More

03-2004 Unfettered by tourist crowds, Panama’s natural gifts shine. In fact, Panama’s highlights are still very much off-the-beaten-path destinations, though it’s likely that this will change in the years to come. We went there after the recommendation of a Greek we met in Costa Rica, Giorgos or Papi, as we used to call him. Although added at the last minute... More

Laura gave me a warm welcome in her yoga house! It was my first time doing yoga and it combined really well with my surfing! Laura is a very nice and skilled yoga teacher who makes everybody feel the real yoga experience and I am sure I will continue with yoga when I am back in Amsterdam! I even made... More

Great experience for all levels. Laura K (teacher) has a really good vibe and leads a really fun practice. I love the studio - a little piece of serenity in Bocas Town.
