These Gardens are one of the most beautiful i ever visited worldwide and I recommend spending at least a day in there. Funny enough, the entrance fee is excessive for foreigners compared to locals. If you like orchids, you'll enjoy the orchid house. Otherwise, the chief attraction is the romantic young couples out for a stroll! Very nice gardens, although a bit pricey esp once you have paid for the tuk tuk. It's no Kew, though, so if you're not easily impressed by big trees, perhaps skip it.

We went to the botanical gardens early to avoid the heat of the day. On arrival we were treated to the sights of many wedding parties in full ceremonial dress having their photos taken at the gardens. Beautiful botanical garden but what blew me away was the trees! Just incredible... Lovers definitely come here to sit under the trees!

Even if you're not a garden lover, this is a visit well worth it. On arrival you can go with a guide and take a short walk for 30 minutes to see some main highlights (including the amazing orchid house) or you can spend all day here as the gardens are spread over 36 acres!
