The building was built by Germans while their stay in Iran and it is shaped like an Eagle watching from the plane. It has got a clock tower and the square in which the building is located even is called Clock Square. There is a museum in the basement of the building which is no big deal but the building...

Its outside architectural view is very nice, but it is still used as Municipality and better just to walk beside it.
