It is nearly star shaped lake. You could choose cycling than boating. Actually, me n my friends enjoyed cycling on the 5.5km track along the lake. Cycles are available at lake entrance

Lake water is pretty good and you have many boating options. Good place to spend evening time( before 6:00 p.m.).
