Please tear this venue down and replace it with a more modern facility. The acoustics are terrible, it is old and out dated. I have attended many concerts, recitals and functions there and it never amazes me how out dated this place is. The performers are great but the sound system sucks. If they are going to build a modern... More

This is a nice complex, ranging from a huge arena, to an opera/musical stage and auditorium. It is worth a visit, but only if you are going to see something you want to see. No reason to just stop by and check it out otherwise. However, there are conference rooms and other rental options if you need to use the... More

Been here several times for Southern Women Shows, Bridal shows, concerts, saw George Straight and Miranda Lambert here and also all the Gaither concerts here. Love it.

It was a nice facility and we had good seats. I am not sure how many times I've had a soft pretzel and skittles at a broadway-type show?

Have attended several concerts here over the years and have really enjoyed. Have always felt safe and secure with no worries. Parking is for the most park no problem. State of the art place as far as I'm concerned.

The atmosphere was great. The venue was nice and clean and felt secure. The entrance to the area was not clear. Walked in one direction and need up going outside again to get to the concert hall.

No complaints, the concert was fantastic, easy to find our seats, staff tried to control the crazies that you get at every concert! We stayed at the Sheraton, so when the concert was over, we just walked through the walkway to our hotel, that was a nice touch.

This was a cool set up, parking was connected to two hotels, which were both connected to the arena. We went for a concert, stayed at the Sheraton. Parked our car and then were within walking distance of the concert venue. I loved that aspect of the arena. The staff was great during the concert. The restrooms were clean and... More

We are stuck --not many choices here locally---if you have ever seen productions elsewhere you will immediately know what I am talking about---Downtown unfortunately is only for the daylight visits unless you are a Vampire.

The BJCC puts on some of the best shows in town. The connected covered parking for $8.00 is a bargain as well.
