The cruise ship going round the port with mostly industrial and containers port area. Go ahead If you're using Osaka Day Pass, else I don't find it worthy.
A lot of industrial shipyards, shipping containers, cranes and bridges. There just isn't much to see and not worth $10/person to add on your aquarium ticket.

If you happen to go to Tempozan, you may consider setting sail on Santa Maria to have a good view of Osaka around its bay area. You will get to enjoy the sea breeze and the lovely sight of Osaka Bay.
