Very Crowded & noisy. The water/stream is not transparent & neither maintained well. Mostly people visit the place for boating ( pedal/speed ).

The lake is very beautiful. There will find difficulty of getting a good restaurant nearby. It is a nice experience to do boating on the lake. Other than boating it is a good park with some modern facilities. Toilet in this park is not clean.

the experience was wonderful and i really liked the idea of putting so many children's attractions near the lake. The most shocking fact was that we have to chose from 8, 10 or 15 seater boats. tickets are not sold per person basis. this was extremely expensive if you go in small groups.

Most visited tourist spot in Ooty. It's very well maintaned by TamilNadu Tourism. Ample parking space and good stalls to shop. Various options for boating available (8/10/14 Seater) Motor/pedal/row boats etc...

The lake is good but always found it over crowded. The place itself has nice climate and greenery, but too much of tourist carelessly add too much of dirt and make it low. The rides are not of great quality and actually are not required there. The Lake should be left alone to its own beauty.

wide range of boats are available like pedal boat,rowing boat and motor boat. the play area in its premise is even more attractive for kids which have bunji jumping, dashing car, merry-go-round etc. the cafeteria is also very good.

The crowds in the full season when we all go makes this a drag.But still if you go early or late evening take a boatman guided boat as many cannot enjoy the knee joint leg paining Paddle boats which needs some practice.Fit persons who need solitude can take those.
