A relaxing and peaceful journey through the back waters, formed by the rivers from the surrounding mountains. Everything ran perfectly, the level of service was outstanding and the attention to detaisl by the staff again was commendable. There was so much local activity all around, it felkt like an introduction to real Kerala

Checked into the houseboat ( venice tours) on 2nd may 2013. The period between 12 noon to 5pm whwn the boat was sailing was heavenly. The water provided in the houseboat for shower and wash was from the river where all the toilet and kitchen waste goes.... disgusting!!!. I had a tour of eral India organised by Sabu from Entersight Tours to Munnar,Thakedy, Aleppe and Kovalam. My driver was very courteous and the hotels were good although some of the facilities wer not up to par. The highlight of the holiday scenic, tranquil, relaxing. The downside was people trying to rip you off but thats India
