“Perfect relaxation”

I visited the Kendra after a long trip in India. This was the perfect place for the relaxation that I needs. The ambience was very serene and the staff was extremely humble and friendly. I was their for relaxation and message the ayurvedaic mes sag i got was for 30 mnts but it was totaly refreshing and filled me with energy. I also came to know this is very old technique if indians for relaxation
