we were picked up at 01-30 in morning,took 8 hours to get to Cairo in a mini bus,we did not get to the museum as there was trouble in the centre of Cairo,so we went to a mosque,the restaurant we stayed for lunch,was awful,and the meal we could not eat it,it was slop....we seen the pyramids/sphinx,the highlight of the day... The trip takes about 5 hours each way, but it is for sure worth the long drive. An amazing and unque experience

You need a guide in Cairo, the city is very big, crouded and very dirty that is very sad to see how the gouvernement doesn't do anything about it. But the trip was worth it to see the Pyramides!

Loved the museum. Hated the level of hassle you got when approaching the pyramids and Shpinx by aggressive street traders. Hated the fact that there were idiotic boys on horses and whipping and galloping them across the stones. Distressing to see, as is the standard of animal welfare. Cairo is an experience. Shockingly dirty.

Get to see many sites of the ancient world. Must visit pyramids of Giza see the laser show at night, Citadel, and there are other Pyramids sited around Cairo area.

Although we have enjoyed many holidays in various Mediterranean countries, this was our first visit to North Africa . We had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend Cairo Excursion by Car to our friends.

The best trip on these holiday. We went to Cario, Nil river, National mouseam in Cairo which is great, saw Cairo rush and ofcourse saw piramids and Sfinga, which was highlight of our trip and holiday.

long drive but definitely worth it, just seeing Cairo, the Nile , Sphinx and the pyramids just amazing
