Quite an incredible location. We traveled by boat from Taganga to enter the park then hiked out later in the day to the auto pick up area. More

Park Tayrona was really nice. I enjoyed being there, but had I known it would be crawling with 20 something hippy backpackers from around the globe, I may have chosen another excursion. It wasn't bad, just not my scene. The beauty of the ocean and jungle was still pretty awesome. More

We went twice while in the area. First did the hike in hike out, then caught a boat from Taganga and stayed for three nights. Sure it is basic, but it was relaxing and revitalising. More

This park is diverse, interesting on several levels and still under developed. The beaches if you are there early are worth walking as far away as possible from the parking area... You'll have fewer people trying to sell you things or disturbing you while you take in the view, the breeze and the sounds of softly rolling waves....lovely More
