A speed boat whisks you to the West Island which is gradually being developed for leisure and tourism. It was very popular with the Chinese, I don't recall seeing any other westerners. “Very expensive to go, very industrial”

The beaches are ok in this island but very touristy and it cost 148 RMB to go there. Don't dive there, it's a disaster!!!! and very expensive too (580 RMB!!!)
