Avenida Peru is a long, slowly curving oceanfront boulevard in Vena del Mar. On the ocean side are beautiful views of Vina del Mar and Valariso, rocky strands, beaches, and beach-front restaurants. It's a really nice place where you can walk and walk! Just watch out of Gypsies and pickpockets. Avoid looking as a tourist, don't be wearing your camera...etc More
