Knez Mihajlova is the main street in Belgade. There is lots of people strolling around, lots of bars, caffes, shops and street performers. don't miss it.
Knez Miahailova street is the heart of Belgrade, the place where all the action takes place and where the most beautiful architecture of the city can be found.

Everyone will go for a walk through Knez Mihajlova street when they visit Belgrade. It's very nice street full of shops, bars, restaurants, galleries etc. Always crowded.
Wanted or not, we must pass this street. It's a main artery of the city's pedestrian area. Shops, hotels, restaurants, street ice cream sellers, artists, road to Kalemegdan... In summer time full of life. In winter also. Many places open outdoor deep into autumn.
Somewhere on this street I got an amazing milkshake! And I really enjoyed it since Balkans are not really a place for such desserts.

That road is a top site of the town. Going to Little prince pasticerie is an experience. Unfortunatelly, we had to go back home soon, with a promise to stay longer next time.
Too much advertised walking street with nothing special. Maybe they advertise, because it seems to be one of the only places where buildings are renovated already. Best shops are in another streets also.
Enjoyed some coffee and cakes while window shopping - and managed to locate the Tourist Information Office too.
