Went there today and it is closed! I am not sure if it is being reconstructed or if it's closed forever. We just stood in front if closed doors and it looks pretty lost.
I personally didn't like this place as it was the only bad smelling place in Singapore and crocodiles were not my favorite animals and neither it is now. Anyway it looked like a bit of a crocodile farm than a zoo and it was not nice.
This crocodile farm is housed in a Chineese family home. It is not large but little and quaint. If you have a liking for crocodiles you will see huge, beautiful, various crocodiles kept in their habitat.
