I love Sentosa and I'm glad I stayed until 9pm even if I was already tired. I was fully in awe while watching the show. I also commend the technology they used. It was really2 good. Something to really look forward when in Sentosa.

The crane dance show is at 9pm, lasts 10 minutes and is free to watch. There is an outdoor viewing area so if it rains (like it did for us) you'll get soaked. The show is based on a float which is on the river. It involves 2 mechanical cranes, water, light and tvs to tell the story of 2...

What a fabulous show! & it's free! Amazing display of robotics perfectly put to music! The kids will love it. A nice way to end the evening & a must on your list of things to see if you are having dinner on Sentosa.
The show is not put on every night nor every weekend.
It would be best to check the website before heading to the island.
I would think that show may be cancelled due to weather as the viewing area in open air.
Not as exciting as I thought it would be. But, it is free so I should not complain....

Was staying in Resorts World Sentosa and what better time to check out the crane dance which is on at 9pm most weekends at the Waterfront. Do check the website for dates of shows.
Did not expect to enjoy it but overall thought it was a beautiful tale of 2 'graceful' mechanical cranes going through a courtship dance, falling in...

Really gigantic mechanical cranes. I was impressed by the technology but not too with the performance. Water spraying was used as the wings of the cranes. I found it creative. So the story is two mechanical cranes falling in love and then become real cranes. Most of the story was shown on the screens on the chest rather than the...

Since it's opening, there has been a number of hiccups in this pair of mechanical cranes, thankfully the kinks have been ironed out and we now witness the first of its kind here in Asia where this short performance by two 'lively' and high-tech cranes danced to the rhythm of music accompained by laser, light, mist & water jets. See...

We went to RWS for a short staycation over the weekend and I found out that there is an out-door attraction with lights and water spraying from two mechanical cranes, perfect for an evening for my two young kids. I hadn't expect every much because this attraction is absolutely free of charge. The show starts at 9pm, but there were...

It seemed as if the crane had suddenly become alive and begun to dance it look so real and majestic simply awesome.
After our fun day at Universal Studios we stayed on Sentosa for nearly 2 hours to see the crane dance. It was colouful and serene but basically there is only so many movements a crane can do. The lights and lazers were impressive and it was free to watch so we can't complain. It was over in about 10 minutes...
