Very very crowded. I went there to visit ladies market. Hooaahhh. Reminds me of harajuku street.. sometimes you can find atractions on the street. Maybe singing contest or dance, anything. HK full of peoples is true..!

this is got to be one of the busiest places I have ever seen. and I am seeing even after I come from India. You will see people as if the world is going to an end the next day. Great hustle bustle
Great place for shopping computers & electronics.
For computers & accessories, few other places can rival MongKok....

If you have not being in an asian fake market before then this is a good place to have the experience. You have lots of merchants offering different type of items at different prices. If you are going a good rule of thumb is to pay 1/3 of what they ask you the first time you ask for the price...

Although there is nothing touristic worth to see in Mongkok area but is the most crowded shopping market in HK the best time to visit it in my opinion is in the evening, this is the most crowded place, is the oasis of stalls selling everything from electronics parts to clothing, bags, accessories and much more. I love Asian style markets and Mong Kok doesn't disappoint. Everything is sold here, for bargain prices. Watch you belongings though as it really does get bustling. Be ready to haggle!
Mong Kok is a really great area in Hong Kong. For me it is the ideal place to stay when I'm in HK. The area is crowded, but the womens marked is nice. - you have to bargain, but it is hard because of all the tourists. I also like the mall Langham Place located at 8 Argyle Street
Mongkok is a great area in HK which has a lot of restaurants and shops. With the Ladies Market, Gold Fish Street, as well as the newer mall Langham Place you could easily spend a full day here. There's not much "attractions" in Mongkok but a trip to HK without going to Mongkok is a sin!
Mongkok could be the best shopping streets in Asia better then those in Singapore or Bangkok. You can stroll down the streets and you can't decide what to buy.The electronics is must to buy here with the lowest price compare to elsewhere.I got some head phone stereos with high quality, cost me half the price from where i've checked before but make...

Yes, you can get almost everything under the sun in Mongkok. You just have to know which street to find it in. Rated the world's highest density area, it is not difficult to see why. Just try to stroll down Fa Yuen street or Tung Choi street during rush hour and you will be swept along with the crowds. Definitely...

Still a good place to purchase latest electronics (cameras, phones, camcorders...). No or little room for bargaining and special offers usually combines several components (example: camera w/ a given lens - no separate pricing for each, etc.). Piece of advice: Google what you are looking for, check some prices on netshops known for good price, and only then start shopping...
