I chose to stay in this area after a recommendation of a local friend. And I was not disappointed. Lovely rustic low-rise area in the shadows of the upcoming sky scrappers. It's a quaint tree / bush / greenery lined neighbourhood with a lot of artist galleries, cafe's and cosy little restaurants. After having walked through TLV for several hours... More

Wish I could say the neighborhood is very good, or excellent...maybe compared to other areas of Tel Aviv. Its got the to common Israeli sight of buildings in utter disrepair, and places where some effort at restoration has resulted in beauty. Shops are geared towards tourists, and a bit cheesy as a result, with plenty of kitsch, although we found... More

This quaint and charming restored district near the sea and in the heart of Tel Aviv offers the visitor a nostalgic glimpse of it's elegant history and a taste of it's avant-guard present. Just a few minutes from the promenade and beach, Neve Tzedek is an oasis of tranquility in a busy city, with narrow winding lanes, historic French-style low... More

I walked through Neve Tsedek after visiting Jaffa. The narrow streets, shops and proximity between Jaffa and Carmel Market make it a great place to wander through. Lots of nice cafes as well, though I didn't try one.

This is the first neighbourhood of Tel Aviv & it still feels it. It has many unique little shops & restaurants & is lovely to walk around in. Downside would be that the walkways are small & sometimes non-existent which is hard when you have a pram.

Neve Tzedek is a trendy area that is constantly changing. The shops are fun, the coffee shops excellent. Have a fun walk through the area.

To Neve Tzedek my friends took me the first day of my visit to Israel. Yes, it's not classy or chic, it's bohemian style, houses from around 200 to 100 years old or so , some nicely renovated some are not so nice but the atmosphere is stil good; maybe in a couple of years this Flair is gone, du...
