Very nice walk around the lake. A wonderful break from the business of the market! We were caught in a major rainstorm and had a wonderful time in one of the lakeside cafes.

Can give it a miss if you don't have time. The lake looks really ordinary, nothing as compared to the one in China. But there is a temple nearby which I took some pictures. The temple looks fine for photography purpose

The lake is very large, and it's very beautiful. Go around it if you have time. The best thing to do is sit under the trees and have a cold drink or fresh coconut.

the lake is big, I recommend you get either a push or motorbike to explore it, you can experience many facets of local life along the shores of this lake so do spend the time.
