Fascinating, particularly to see the other side of the American war from the Vietnamese point of view. For military history buffs, a must see!

Interesting to see things from another perspective. Check opening times as the museum closes for lunch but there is a very good café on site to pass the time.

This was not high on our list of things to do, especially since we were with our two teenagers, however this Museum met all of our needs. It is a massive place where you can walk around outside looking at the planes, tanks, cannons, and vehicles or inside viewing the pictures (reading about them in English). I saw the Military... More

We were glad we went to this museum, but the most interesting exhibit was the hardware outside of all the planes, etc. they have collected. There is a great souvinier shop inside with great prices and selection. The rest of the museum is a lot of writing to read, and old photos, Still I would recommend it.

Great place to see the real non trumped up propaganda vietnam war stuff. Stand back and watch how the USA tourists sulk as walking around.

As a military buff, I really enjoyed this museum. A 20,000 VD entry fee. Various buildings that take you through Vietnams turbulent military history, from early conflicts to modern day. If you love guns and Tanks, make the effort to go here.

The museum itself is quite small and doesn’t give a lot of background into the exhibits, so without the help of a guidebook or prior knowledge you might not get a full appreciation.Opening hours from 8-11.30am and from 1-4.30pm. Lots of great picutures although so much info and not set out to western standards - but take time and you... More

Some interesting exhibits but certainly not on a par with the quality of museums / exhibits in Beijing, NYC, Washington or Hiroshima
