A group of friends who had been to Cambodia and Vietnam and had used Wide Eyed Tours raved about the adventure so much so that they decided to go again. This time we joined them and again used WET. We travelled first to Cambodia and then to Vietnam for a little over three weeks. The trip was one of the... More

We are are a family of five who travelled on our first 'real' holiday. We have an 11 year old daughter and twin 7 year old boys. I had been to Vietnam before and had some idea on what might suit a 2 week holiday for my family. From research I thought Nha Trang (Vin Pearl), Hoi An and Saigon... More

We are thrilled that your first real holiday was so memorable and fun. It sounds like the kids had a ball as well. Vietnam is such a great place for children. Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback, Nga was so pleased. We hope to see you again one day in the future. More

We used Wide Eyed Tours to book all our transfers while travelling around Vietnam plus a Ha Long Bay overnight boat trip and a Mekong day trip. The booking process was very efficient - our contact there, Thuan, was more than happy to help with all the questions we had. Once we arrived in Vietnam, all the people we encountered... More

WET organised a private tour for four of us. They listened carefully to what our interests were and organised a trip that showed their careful attention to detail and personalisation of itineraries. Our guides were great. Local, well informed and friendly and in Cambodia, very aware of the heat and the need to stay well hydrated. The accommodation chosen was... More

For us WET was doing good in making nice brochures and good internet communication but organising a private tour for what our demands were, not realy. Many arrangements changed in schedule and time. The guides were some good and some terrible. The cars were OK, private boat too. But many things were; go with flow. Visiting a cave with 300,... More

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy Ha Long Bay. It is the most popular destination in Vietnam and as a consequence it is very busy and there are restrictions on where boats are allowed to visit because it is a World Heritage site. There are only 2 caves available to visit, hence they are usually crowded. Selecting... More

Highly recommend Wide Eyed tours. The willingness to tailor tours (thanks Nga), route and accommodation prior to heading to Vietnam was indicative of the responsiveness we received during our stay. The tour guides were friendly, respectful and informative, and this began with Tien at HaNoi who assisted with much information on Vietnamese history and allowed us to sample the art... More

This tour company was referred to me by my travel agent. They put together a tour just for me, taking into consideration my likes and dislikes. After 4 nights on the tour, I was in an accident. The WET staff were fantastic. The Hoi An rep came to the hospital and translated for me and made sure I was ok... More

We have just returned from 3 weeks in Vietnam. Our whole trip went like clockwork, it was totally organised by Ms Nga and we could not have asked for anything better. We started our trip in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Dalat and then onto HCMC, with a homestead in Vihn Long in between. It was... More
