The care for these animals are incredible, they would rather feed and care for the elephants then themselves.

Spent two weeks here last year, volunteering at the park. You need to come here to understand how elephants truly are treated and what damage can be wrecked on them by humans. This place aims to repair the damage whether it is from trekking, logging, begging or other maltreatment. The park aims to educate and in doing so is given... More

The whole idea is a good concept, however if you have young children, the day can seem to drag a little. It is well worth going to see the elephants roam and we got to see an elephant a day old. We also saw 2 elephants do a bit of a stampede towards this baby (which was locked away for... More

If you want to see elehphants in Thailand you only need to go to one place - Elephant Nature Park. We spent 1 day at the park and loved every second. Our guide picked us up at the hotel in a very comfortable van. He conversed the whole way with a wealth of education and experience to share. He knew... More

We were so glad that we came to the Elephant Nature Park. Most of the local booking places did not offer or know anything about this tour and wanted to sell you a ride or show, you have to ask for it. The Elephant Nature Park is different, you get to enjoy the elephants without them being poked and prodded.... More

First of all you need to understand what this place is about. It's a conservative park to rescue and treat elephants. You'll be able to touch an elephant, give him some fruits and throw some water on him (you'll use a can for that). Basically that's all your're gonna do. Although this is a full-day experience, you'll spend no more... More

The most amazing experience. The animals are quite clearly not being exploited and are so happy. I will return again.

It was absolutely AMAZING to be around such gorgeous animals, walking freely and happily through the valley in the Mountains of Chiang Mai. What Lek does here is amazing, and it is worth every penny to support the Nature Park. Unlike all of the other elephant activities in Chiang Mai, here you actually LEARN about the animals rather than just... More

I had been planning to go on an elephant trek until a friend told me about the Elephant Nature Park. She explained that this is a place which cares for mistreated and sick elephants and nurses them back to health. I was not prepared for how amazing this experience would be - to see the level of care and love... More
