This was the highlight of 2 weeks holidays in Thailand, our excellent guide Ton showed and explained us on a 4 hours bike tour a lot about people and life in Chiang Mai. We passed the leprosy station and visited a school. We talked to the students, and met people at a pottery. We had lunch in typical small local... More

My new goal for trips is to explore beyond the city borders... and since there's not that much to do in the Old City of Chiang Mai besides visiting the temples, though this would be a good way to see some of the sights 'off the beaten path'. A quick tuk tuk ride takes you to the main office (which... More

The best way to experience local life in Chiang Mai is to do this cycling tour. Myself, my wife and two kids (7,9) did a private Colours of Chiang Mai Cycle tour starting at 8am. Riding through the back road, passing temples, open fields, seeing the people of Chiang Mai go about their daily life the daily live was an... More

My wife and 12 year old kids are not supremely confident cyclists but this was an easy trip for them. We explored quiet back trails of Chiang Mai in our group of 6 for 4 hours. You really notice and appreciate how flat this city is! Only ~10 minutes on busyish roads. Only critism was a single guide, so group... More

We took the grandparents and my 8yr old daughter on this biking trip. We chose the morning tour as this was the coolest moment of the day, as well as a private tour because we wanted to stop when and where we wanted to. It was a fantastic experience! We had a great guide who led the way and showed... More

My husband and two boys (10 and 12 years) had a great morning out with Chiang Mai biking and Fokke as their guide. He was a wealth of information and enhanced the tour with his knowledge of Thailand and the places visited. We decided to do a private tour so they could stop as we needed to with the boys.... More

Wow, what a memorable afternoon I had with only two others and our guide on the Colours of Chiang Mai tour. Serene backroads, many interesting stops along the way; local candy shops and bakeries, crematorium, a gradeschool where we brought some baked treats and met the chidren - so heartwarming; saw some medieval temple ruins, an awesome afternoon, away from... I have been a frequent user of tripadvisor, but this tour was the first activity (and my new iPad) that influenced me to write a review. The bike ride was a great look at Chiang Mai off the normal city tour, with some great scenery, and a look at some very small local businesses, schools, orphanage, etc. Bikes and equipment... More

We had a wonderful day cycling around Chiang Mai with a very enthusiastic guide. We had good bikes and we followed a track that we never could have found by ourselves. We had a delicious lunch in a small hut along the river Ping. As I said: a wonderful day! More

We had heard about RBB and the Chiang Mai bike tours from a hotel and decided to try it out. But first we sent numerous messages to the company email to learn more about choosing a ride for our family with three young kids (gas 5, 9, 11). Andre was superb with detailed and speedy answers to all our questions.... More
