We took an evening class and there were just the two of us. Went to the market first to buy the ingredients for our 5 course meal. Recipes were simple, Kong spoke great English, the kitchen and demonstration room were spotless. We came away with lots of new ideas and a cookbook. More

We just did a cooking course with this school. There were 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we all had a great time. We cooked 4 dishes, all tasted great which kept us full through the day. Had a interesting trip to the markets, and learnt about the local fruit and spices. Would recommend this to all, young and old. More
