We went there on a Friday night with some friends who were locals. This pub has some great history. Its rare to find such a big jazz pub in asia and one that boasts such excellent bands is a real rare find. The atmosphere was great. They served up beers and excellent cocktails but for thai standards, its a bit... More

The Friday night "band" consisted of one Thai gentleman who played some 70's country music, very poorly. There was no Jazz or Blues. At one point i think he was singing Sweet Home Alabama in thai or he could have been just making random sounds. The drinks and food were OK, just don't expect too much from the music.

Great place and a refreshing change to the sound of techno music that blasts through most areas of Bangkok. A perfect place for a relaxing evening, especially for those who appreciate some talented musicians. The food was decent too. Just be sure to make reservations if you want a good spot. You'd hate to get stuck behind the post in... More

This music place has been operating for many years offering a great variety of music, it one of the better places to spend an evening in Bangkok, always good music friendly staff, not to forget great mix of people. For an evening out this place is a common choice of expats and music nerds living in Thailand, so drop by,... More

We were lucky enough to come on a night when blues was on. The band was great and played with real passion. They play at some other places around the city, and I'm looking forward to seeing them again at another venue. The food was good, although a bit pricy, and as others have noted, the service leaves something to... More

We went to saxophone pub as we had seen it advertised on local maps, lonely planet and trip advisor as a great spot to go. Once we were there we were met with TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD...and I mean the grosset club sandwhich, and OVER PRICED DRINKS. That being said, the band was great...but I would highly recommend you EAT... More

Take an unassuming door and push a curious farang through it. Wait a couple of hours and watch a report unfold. Let me warn you, if you like your music so loud to rupture your ear drums, this may not be the place for you and if you only feel comfortable with the same old tired tunes (unless they are... More
