My wife arranged this for us to do on a day in Bangkok. We were lucky to get a slot as Angsana was so busy with other people all week but we ended up with a Tuesday morning session which meant that we also got to go to the local market with Angsana to pick up our fresh ingredients. I'm... More

I booked this cooking class with my two daughters, ages 10 and 8. Mum of the family is Thai and we enjoy lots of yummy Thai food at home, but we decided we wanted to learn how to cook it ourselves, so we packed Mum off to a nearby shopping mall and off we went. Khun Angsana was a wonderful... More

My 10 year old daughter and I had the joy of spending this morning cooking with Angsana. I cook a lot of Thai food at home so was looking for somewhere I could be taught some new dishes (other than the usual curries and pad thai offered at other cooking schools). Angsana met us at the station and we went... More

Great way of experiencing real Thai food and cooking, Angsana is gentle but firm and really knows her stuff. She explains all about the food, the ingrediants and I highly recommend going to the market, some amazing sights there. We were a bit pressed for time and Angsana was totally flexible, we cooked and ate our meals with time to... More

I am an accomplished cook and didn't want to be with tourists who didn't know which end of the knife was up, so I chose this class as it had a private option. I even convinced Angsana that I would be able to cook 5 dishes in the time allotted (it was BUSY but I did it!) and I paid... More

My wife attended the lesson and based on her review, the teacher is good. The tom yum she cook is the best ever. The teacher is very patient if time permits. It is a hands on approach so not classroom type where the teacher just speak and listen. We even do a market trip together and it was fun. Will... More

The day was the most fun, we learned so much about Thai cooking and would definitely go again! We cooked the red duck curry, pork stuffed squid and the mango sticky rice. I would definitely recommend this cooking course to anyone wanting to learn authentic Thai cooking. And a word of advice though... don't eat before you go and take... More

Took four days of classes with Angsaana in November. She is a brilliant cook and because she's a professionally qualified teacher - she's a great teacher! Angsaana speaks completely fluent English and has taught people from all over the world. Angsaana will work with you at whatever level you wish - I am an Apprentice Chef who is completely into... I'm really glad I took this class. I don't have any other cooking classes to compare it to but as a first experience, this was great. I learned a lot about Thai cooking. Having an truly experienced instructor show me the ropes was so valuable. I would like to take another class or two to learn more recipes. It was... More

Yes, there are other classes you could take. There are two reasons why Thai Home Cooking is the only one to select. You get to select what to cook. It is one-on-one. The others tell you what to cook and you do not get the full and undivided attention of the instructor. And now let's talk about the instructor, Angsana.... More
