This little venue is well worth the $4.00 per person entry. The event was from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. We got there at about 12:45 and waited in line for the ticket booth employees to announce they were open, which was about 15 minutes. Upon purchasing our tickets we (my husband, great-granddaughter, great-neice and myself), we walked a short... More

The train and carousel were nice to ride. The tractor ride is nice aslo but I miss the old stage coach. The park had an area set up with civil war items that was very interesting. It was nice to reminisce with my fiance and my family.

My kids loved the grounds--great place! I believe this operated by the park district. There's also a public swimming pool nearby.

My family and I visited Blackberry Farm in Aurora and loved everything about the place (except for some unaccommodating staff members at the cashiers office and the crabby woman working at the children's tractor/bike rides). There are lots of interesting things to see and do. Make sure you check out the old school house - the woman who worked inside... More

I've been here twice. Enjoyed both visits. It's a great place to teach kids or learn a little history yourself. Pony rides are nice for the kids. Train ride is a must. Kids enjoyed making apple cider and corn husk dolls.

Our grandsons love this place...the pony rides, train ride, hay ride. Lots to do and grounds to run for the little ones! Great way to spend the day....and not much $$$

Blackberry farm is a good place for young families to take the kids to look at historical methods and life, as well as, enjoy the kid's rides outdoors. The park district has been doing a good job expanding the park's facilities to include paddle boats and areas for weddings and such. Good place for an afternoon visit.

There isn't alot to do here. Good for younger kids. If you go to Splash country it's a nice start or end to your day.

Have not visited myself in quite a while, but our school went here annually for field trips and I went each time. Great place!
