This city really is a gem. The people cannot be friendly enough. Whatever we asked they could not be more helpful. We hired bikes on both days to cycle round and found this an enjoyable experience.

Compact no way to get lost great atmosphere and restaurants. Hotels located centrally. Wonderful to walk along the river on a warm evening

The free concert for 1 1/2 hours in the town square by Slovinian Symphony Orchestra was an absolute high light Ljubljana certainly embraces summer with gusto as the June itinerary board had something scheduled for every night and the people certainly support these events to the fullest as well.

I fell in love with this city! So amazing, cheap and people really helpful and friendly. 2 days are enough... :) small but lovely! :D

Ljubljana old town is definitely a must. One of the most relaxed cities, I've ever had the privelage to visit. We just walked the pedestrian only streets and along the riverside, taking in the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely architecture. It is cerainly worth a half day trip. Don't miss the open market (which closes around 3 PM).

Ljubljana old town is a compact picturesque town. With its tastefully renovated riverbank and cafes it will not be long till it is overrun by tourists. Very beautiful town , the dragons bridge is near. many shops and big market. the atmosphere is very nice. many bars and food restaurants in the night the lights are beautiful

Great architecture, clean cobbled roads, very pleasant environment. Interesting streetside stalls if you like old European bric a brac.

The town of Ljubljana is a town wich is worth to be discovered. From the outside you'll think it's an old communist town but once inside you will be amazed!
