My partner really wanted to do this for a while, and me trying to be a little more adventurous went along aswell. Being a little scared of heights I was a bit nervous, but was worth it! Fantastic views of the bay and felt very safe. Only thing I can fault is the photos which you can buy on the... More

My family and I (wife and two adult sons) recently visited Paihia during a two week holiday to NZ. parasailing has been on our to do list for years, but unfortunately always cancelled here in Perth West Oz, due to wind issues (climate, not personal). We got our chance here at what is reputed as the highest flying parasail in... More

Hi Mike, I'm glad to hear it was worth getting up early, especially when you were on holiday! I personally think those Early Bird trips are the best, the water is normally like glass and great flying conditions.Hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in the Bay, thanks for the review! Not something I would normally encourage my teenagers to spend their money on - but the Bay of Islands can be enjoyed from the air, the trip was a good length and the S.D. Card of photos and movies will allow my boys to go home and brag. For the mums and dads watching, there is a great view from... More

So pleased to hear the boys enjoyed their flight and got some evidence for bragging rights! We love the "The Pier Cafe & Lounge Bar" too, only been open just over a month and proving very popular with parents of our parasailers. A great viewing platform with a nice glass of NZ wine! More

I booked this as part of a weekend escape for me & a girlfriend. I really wanted my friend Jacqui to do this - she is in a wheelchair so to do something adventurous can be quite difficult. I also have a physical disability, Cerebral Palsy so not the easiest of clients us two but we were very well looked... More

My husband and I had booked this end of last year, but couldn't go due to the weather. We tried a second time, but again the weather was crappy again...anyway last weekend we finally managed to get some good weather!
